For all orders over $60 we offer free express shipping to Australia customers through Startrack.
If you place your order by 3pm (AEST) we will endeavour to send it out that very same day! (subject to payment processing).
Australian orders are shipped through Star track Express via overnight service as standard, for all metro areas order should be received within 1-2 business days.
All orders shipped to a PO Box address will be sent via Australia Post Express and must be ordered by 1pm (AEST) in order for it to be next day delivery otherwise it will arrive within 1-2 business days.
If your located outside of metro areas please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order.
If you do not receive your order after 5 business days please email us at email@example.com with your order details and we will look into it straight away!
New Zealand and International Shipping.
All shipping prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST.
We offer flat rate shipment to New Zealand via standard international courier shipping $25 per order, or for express $50 per order.
For all orders over $120 we offer free standard international shipping to New Zealand customers, enter the code NZSHIP at the checkout.
Standard New Zealand orders are sent with Australia Post, estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days, but allow up to 3 weeks during busy periods.
For all other countries we offer a flat delivery rate of $35 for standard international shipping, or $50 for express international shipping.
Standard international orders are sent with Australia Post Pack & Track, estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks, but allow up to 4 weeks during busy periods.
All estimated shipping times exclude if your order is held up whilst in customs, this is beyond our control.
Customs duties and taxes for New Zealand and International Orders
We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all New Zealand and International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email notification letting you when it is being packed. If you wish to be notified of your tracking number (consignment note) then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a sorry we missed you card and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office. Please take the card and your photo ID to your local post office for collection.
All Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next business day.
