Return Policy

Our main priority is to make you, our customers happy.

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us info@tweettweetfashion.com.au

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided they are in original condition (see below explanation) for an exchange or an online store credit, we do not offer refunds. 

We strongly advise sending all returns via express post so it reaches us within the 14 day time frame if it is past the 14 days, your return will not be accepted and sent back at your expense.

Please be careful when you make your selection as in the case of change of mind purchases or incorrect sizing, you will need to cover the cost of both the postage of the garment back to us as well as the postage of your new garment back to you.

We do our best to ensure that items are accurately depicted in all photographs uploaded online, however colours may vary slightly due to different screen calibrations. 

Be sure to read all garment tag care and washing instructions in order to prolong the life of your garments.

Please also be aware when choosing items with print designs that a slight variation may occur in colours and print placement due to sizing differences in the manufacturing of garments. If a return is requested for this reason you will need to cover the cost of both the postage of the garment back to us as well as the postage of your new garment back to you. 


From the 27th of November until the 31st December only, any purchase made will have the returns period extended to 28 days from date of purchase. Please make sure all other conditions of return (see below) are met before sending back as no exceptions will be granted for not reading our return policy. It is 100% required that all original tags are still attached to the garment, if you are giving as a gift to someone please make them aware of this.

Boxing Days Sales

All items purchased from the Boxing Day Sale are final, they cannot be returned and are non-refundable.We will only offer a direct swap for the incorrect size if the correct size is available, and you will be required to pay for shipping back to you.


There are strictly no returns on jewellery due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If an item is sent back to Tweet Tweet Fashion it will be returned the customer at the customers own expense.

Sale Items

Any items purchased from the 'Sales' Category are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged and they are non-refundable. We will only offer a direct swap for the incorrect size if the correct size is available. If you are unsure if your item is a Sale item or not please email us and we will confirm for you. If you send a sale item back to us it will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Conditions of return:

  • Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all original garment tags attached.
  • If an item is an incorrect fit/shape, size or a change of mind, you are entitled to store credit or exchange not a refund.
  • Tweet Tweet staff reserve the right to reject a return if we believe it is not in brand new condition. In the event that a return is rejected the decision is final and the item will be sent back to the customer.
  • All Reduced/Sale items are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable.
  • Please be aware that we are unable to refund monies or reverse your credit card transaction.

  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, please make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way.

Credit Notes

Once your return has been received and approved by Tweet Tweet Fashion your credit note details will be sent via the email address provided on your returns sheet.

Please note that all credits notes do not work on shipping costs and will not work in conjunction with any other codes. All credit notes are only valid for one use, if you do not use it all up in one transaction you will need to contact us prior to adjust your code accordingly.

Credit notes have a three month expiry and cannot be extended, please be sure to use within the provided time frame as no further extenions will be granted.

Faulty Items

The Tweet Tweet staff do thorough inspections of all items before dispatch to our customers. In the rare situation where you believe a garment is faulty please contact us: info@tweettweetfashion.com.au and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If an item is deemed a 'manufacturers fault' we will be happy to replace, repair, exchange or offer a full refund.
